I reopened the last version saved on my PC and worked to put the changes into the document again, and again the changes were not saved. Suzanne S. Barnhill MVP. Until recently, there has never been an AutoSave feature in Word. The one that has been added works only with OneDrive. In addition, recent versions also have an option to "Keep the last autosaved version if I close without saving.
